“This course was so interesting to me on so many levels. Style Coaching® is really a way of life. You are working with clients to make changes in their life that can have a significant impact on their ability to be happy and successful. It has been life changing for me to go through this course. I loved the idea of helping people to feel good about themselves and appearance is definitely a quick way to make changes, but I have a definite passion in the psychology of our internal image and how it affects our behaviour. I would find myself so excited to get to the areas in the chapters that dealt with internal self image (e.g. transactional analysis, psycho cybernetics, NLP, etc.).

 

I feel that I changed throughout these past few years doing this course. The exercises that were created to help us to get to know more about ourselves first was essential. You can’t help someone else unless you really understand yourself. By doing all of the exercises I could put myself in my client’s shoes and this has allowed me to be a better coach.

 

This course has helped me to reprioritize my own business and how I work with clients. I have been able to set goals and have checked them off of my master list. This course has helped me to appreciate myself, my family, and my life more and with a high level of value I didn’t know existed.

"When I found the Style Coaching Institute™ online I was thrilled, this is the type of program I had been searching for.  I had been looking for an Image Consulting course mixed with coaching and had not found any. There are a few courses for Image Consulting but none that blended these fields together. I am a Life Coach that happens to love fashion and helping others feel good so it seemed like a match made in heaven.
